Cockatoo Building is located in Manuel Antonio on the road from Quepos to Manuel Antonio National Park.
We offer a luxury two floor Penthouse Rental at weekly or monthly rates.

Cockatoo Building also has a Restaurant / Lounge on the main floor for your convenience which can provide you with full concierge service, including tour bookings, travel and all local information.

Manuel Antonio center is just 4 km. from the Central Pacific port town of Quepos, on the road towards Manuel Antonio National Park.
Our beachs are all Pacific gems, from secluded cove beachs for quiet bathing and snorkeling to the main Playa Espadilla next to the National Park. All are a few minute drive or within walking distance of Cockatoo Building.
Along with our tranquil beaches and Pacific Coast Rain forest Park, the local ³Tico² community is completely welcoming of upscale travelers.

Location: in Manuel Antonio center just across from La Escuela D'Amore language school.

	Accomodations: The Penthouse sleeps two in a large King-size bedroom with private bath. The bedroom opens onto the jacuzzi terrace with ocean views and separate rooftop terrace. If needed there is space for one other person in the salon, complete with full private bath. Luxury kitchen on main terrace with large wetbar and tanning facilities. Maid service included.

Terms:

1. 50% billed to credit card upon confirmation, or direct deposit to CitiBank account.
Balance billed one month prior to arrival.
2. Cancellation Fee: 50% charged for cancellations within one month of confirmed arrival
3. Security Fee: hold on credit card of one weekly charge

TOURS / DAY TRIPS

You can experience horseback rides to jungle waterfalls, sunset coastal cruises searching for dolphins, white water rafting, surfing lessons, jetski tours and hikes through the rain forest. Prices range from $30.00 - $90.00 US. All of your bookings can be made after arrival with the concierge service located in Cockatoo Building.

GETTING TO MANUEL ANTONIO

Manuel Antonio is only 20 min. by air from San José, Costa Rica. Flights leave San José for Quepos several times each day; the cost is approximately $50.00 one way. Call Grupo Taca. www.taca.com

Private transfers can be arranged with prior booking -just email us with your arrival details. Approx. cost for door to door van transfer for 4-6 people is $130.00 USD.

If you prefer some local flavor there are four express buses per day (6am - 12noon - 6pm and 7:30pm) from the Coca Cola bus terminal in San José, directly to our door in Manuel Antonio. The cost is approx. $9.00 p/p RT and takes about three and a half hours; the day-time views of the mountains, valleys and coastlines are spectacular.
